Formula to return number in a text string

Hi all,

Is there a formula that would return a whole number within a text string?

Example in the image of what I'm looking for

Note the 'existing text' specific words could change, but each cell should contain only 1 whole number

Yeah I've double-checked and it's "Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365" in my 'About Excel' page

Ok, you are obviously missing some updates.
Try

=FILTERXML("<k><m>"&SUBSTITUTE(B3," ","</m><m>")&"</m></k>","//m[.=number()]")
