Formula to replicate row to column skiping blanks

Hi all.

I would like to have a formula to replicate data from one row to one column skiping blanks.

So I have in range A1:E1 ~~~> | apple | blank | pear | blank | orange |

And I'm looking for a result like:

B3 = apple
B4 = pear
B5 = orange

In B3 paste

=INDEX($A$1:$E$1,SMALL(IF($A$1:$E$1<>"",COLUMN($A$1:$E$1)),ROW(A1)))

Array formula, so Control+Shift+Enter.

Then copy down.

Better yet, use Power Query.

    Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Table1"]}[Content],
    #"Transposed Table" = Table.Transpose(Source),
