formula to look up column headers in one table and return values in another table

Am sure this is very easy but I'm having a complete mental block!!
What's the formula to put into the yellow cells to give the results shown - it's looking up the headers in B3:K3, finding the header that matches the one input in N3:W3, and then returning the cell content in the same row. The headers in both tables are variable and can change positions in the tables.
