Hello Team,

We are maintaing a tracker, where we daily update the allocation ID and incase, if our team as worked on those allocation ID's, we need to get the details updated for that allocation (Last updated by Date).

In the attached email need the coloured rows or columsn to be formulated.

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
You have shown us some sample data, but what exactly is your expected result?

Also, which version of Office are you using? I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
