Formula to flip asset to liability and vice versa

I have financial instruments that need to be recorded as an asset or liability depending on their values. Any suggestions on a formula for the journal entries in columns E and F?

Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
