Hi - I have attached a snippet of my spreadsheet where I am trying to feed the last months totals into Cells Q4, Q7 and Q8. for example Total Members for Nov = 4,854 so I would like to see that total in Q4.

In Dec when the figures are known I would like to see Decembers figure overtype it.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
How about
Excel Formula:
=LOOKUP(10^9,D4:O4)
