Formula to display an amount in a specific cell after a certain time

I have worked on a formula for this for hours and cannot move past the complexity of the variables given my knowledge of excel.

I have provided the link to the workbook (tab 1010).

I have an investment amount in U column.

Depending on the amount invested, the time the funds are locked up change.

I am wanting the funds to appear in column V when they unlock.
Column B has the time (in days).
