Formula to copy the first value in a column of cells into the first blank cell

Hi all,

I need help with obtaining a value in a row of values. The value i am after is in the first cell in the row. i would like to get that value to the blank cell in that same row. i would like to be able to continue this on as i have a number of rows with blank values that need to be filled
Basically, it is for a set of sales calls. i have a start call column then a finish call column. I am adding up at the end of the day the start time of the first call then the finish time of the last call. i have the finish formula, but not the start time formula. See mini sheet attached if anyone can help?

I need the value in E3 to be in cell E15 and so on and so on?

Does anyone know how to work this out?

Try =MINIFS(E$3:E14,B$3:B14,B14)?

Thank you, the formula works perfectly, I can use a helper column however, wen i copy it down, the value from E16 does not go into E24.

Do you have a formula that picks up those values as i have a number to copy down and paste?
