Formula to convert minutes into hours

Hi Team,

I have a data as below, im looking for a formula to convert minutes in to hours i would require the result as mentioned in column B.

Please could you help?

Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
I don't understand. A minute is 1/60th of an hour. So 21 minutes is 21/60 hours, or 0.35 hours.

Explain please.
