Formula to convert holiday hours to days

Can anyone help with a formula to convert these part time holiday hours into days:

15 hours per week worked which averages 3 hours per day over 5 days

Part time holiday hours equates to 75 hours



Full time equivalent is 37.5 hours worked over 5 days at 7.5 hours per day and holiday entitlement is 25 days
