I would like to be able to calculate the overall ROI for an investment.
It was the same monthly payment for 25 years, starting at zero, then adding the monthly payments for 25 years.
I know the monthly amount paid into the investment, I know how many months it was paid, and I know the final amount paid out.
Obviously each monthly payment was invested for a different period of time so I can't just take the sum invested from the sum paid out.
Any ideas?
