Good afternoon,

Row F of the spreadsheet is the booking date and rows I and J the gestation at booking date in weeks and days. I manually input the dating scan date, but would like this to turn red or highlight in some way if the date is outside of the correct timeframe. Is this possible? Or is there an alternative way if not? The latest the gestation should be at dating scan is 13 weeks and 6 days.

Many thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Also similar to the above,

I manually input the date into the anomaly scan column, this scan needs to be performed no later than 20 weeks and 6 days. I need this to highlight in red or in some way if the client would be more than 20+6 on the date I have entered.

Finally,

I manually enter the gestation weeks and days at dating scan, can anyone help me with the formula which will then auto populate the 'Live gestation from scan' column from the info that I have entered. I need this to auto change so I have a live view of how far each person is in their pregnancy at any specific time.
