Hi everyone. I am hoping someone can explain a solution for me in layman's terms please! I am not great with complex formulas.

In my original sheet I have the following data as an example:
1599884001695.png

This can be interpreted as Test Employee needs to attend 123 Example Street every Tuesday and Thursday from 28 July to 29 September 2020.

I need to convert this information into a separate csv template to upload to a software/tool. I'm looking for a formula or some trick that can:

1. Work out the date of every Tuesday and Thursday between the start and end dates
2. Auto fills every date (as well as the other data in from Columns A-D) as a SEPARATE line item/row.

The above is only one example. There could be multiple scenarios listed in the original sheet, for example the next row could be that Joe Bloggs wants to attend the office every day (Monday to Friday) from 14-30 September. I'd need the formula to apply to every line in the original sheet and populate the second sheet as separate rows as described above.

Is this even possible? I hope I've explained this properly but please let me know if i can provide more information.

Thanking you in advance.
