Hi, Excel Experts. I'm trying to create a template that would allow for new data to be pasted in one sheet, then automatically filtered with advanced filtering and copied to a new sheet. In the linked example below I've shown that in Sheet2 I retrieved the selected data from using an advanced filter with the criteria in H1:H2 on Sheet1. How can I make this automatically refresh each time I update the data in Sheet1 A:F?

Next, I'd like to automatically search for a set of characters in the returned result on Sheet2 and replace it with different characters instead of using Edit/Find/Replace. On Sheet2 in H2:H6 I've shown an example of what I'd like to have returned automatically from Sheet2 C2:C6.

Thank you so much!
