Formula to Access Shipping Table

Hi All,

Complicated one (for me at least) I have this rather all encompassing Shipping table document, I want to create a formula that will allow a user to input into one cell a country name (its easy to make this lookup the 3iso code) and then input a deadweight to give a shipping cost alongside options for shipping methods.

The shipping sheet has to stay as it is, so that it can be uploaded to an Ecommerce site, so that format cant change.

Ive made the shipping table available here. TinyUpload.com - best file hosting solution, with no limits, totaly free

Ive tried a few different methods but they seem inefficient and unrealiable.

For example, a simple Vlookup to and validation list to get the country selection and the 3 iso country code.

Then a check to see if the country selected is any of the 6 that are separate (FR,ES,DE,PL etc) if not then to point to the first sheet name. But at this point im stuck on how to get a formula to use the sheet name to access the table and make available the different shipping methods associated with the ISO code, much less show the prices based on the weight.

Id really appreciate your help guys.
