I am looking for a formula that can manipulate a column of numbers to add up to 100.0% even though the actual sum is 99.9%

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Here is one way, that "adjusts" the last value, to ensure it hits exactly 100%.

Let's say that you have values in A1:A10, and you want the percentage of the total to be in column B.
So in cell B1, enter this formula, and copy down to cell B9:
Code:
=ROUND(A1/SUM($A$1:$A$10),3)

Then in cell B10, enter:
Code:
=1-SUM(B1:B9)

Thank you very much! I apologize for not giving you more data as an example. I was trying to figure out how to add the data to my original message.
