I have an excel file, and having a small sentence “Please issue ____ ltr for batch preparation”. The blank cell data to be picked up from another cell in same sheet. Is there any formula to pick the data from another cell in middle of a sentence in excel.

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Excel Formula:
="Please issue "&A1&" ltr for batch preparation."

I'm using A1 here as an example. Use whichever cell reference contains the ltr amount.

It worked, but the data in my particular cell is containing value of figures from six rows. The result has to be in as per particular cell (figures in three decimal, eg. 60.010 ltr). In this formula pick up, there is no decimal stop. Can you please confirm any other formula to pick the data as same as data shown in particual cell. Thank you in advance.

You can try :
Excel Formula:
="Please issue "&Fixed(A1,3)&" ltr for batch preparation."
