Formula Please help write this one

Hello
Column B has a list of codes
B2 and B3 are the same location code 2 line items are required because each site will get 2 ciircuits

From the data sheet I am provided it has
COL M is 1 IP address
COL N is 1 IP address
COL O is 1 IP address
COL P is 1 IP address

What I need is for a lookup to say on the 1st instance of B:B take the data from COL M
then take the 2nd listing of the same site code and grab the data from COL O.
So find the listing of the 2nd code (that is the same code) and pull data from COL O

Sounds like you want to use Vlookup to return some matching IP data from columns but you explanation makes it hard to understand your question.

Remember Vlookup does not like UN-sorted tables and if you are so inclined you can look into INDEX(MATCH) as well. If you can repost your question and add a better example

Basically what I am looking for is Vlookup or a combo of Vlookup and something else to look at a column say B:B then return the data from COL M and N. Then find the 2nd listing of the same site code in col B:B and return data from col O and P.
