Good evening,

I would really appreciate a help on this problem

Suppose i have a 50 pieces of an item in my warehouse and i want to send it to 2 selling points.
The one selling point has already 10 pieces and the other 20 pieces.
What formula do i need to give me the solution of having equal (or at least +-1 piece different) to both selling points in order to empty the warehouse.

Here an example

WAREHOUSESTORE 1STORE 2STORE 1 (AFTER EMPTYING WAREHOUSE)STORE 2 (AFTER EMPTYING WAREHOUSE)
501020??

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
I suspect I am misunderstanding the question but do you just mean something like this ?

Book3
ABCDEF
1WAREHOUSESTORE 1STORE 2STORE 1 (AFTER EMPTYING WAREHOUSE)STORE 2 (AFTER EMPTYING WAREHOUSE)
2501020Send from Warehouse --->3020
3501020New Balance --->4040
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
E2:F2E2=SUM($A2:$C2)/2-B2
E3:F3E3=SUM($A3:$C3)/2

I'm also not sure which type of result is wanted (could be both I suppose) but I suspect that that the warehouse items may not be dividable given ..
or at least +-1 piece different
.. so a slight adjustment might be required

ABCDEF

Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
E2E2=INT(SUM($A2:$C2)/2-B2)
F2F2=A2-E2
E3E3=INT(SUM($A3:$C3)/2)
F3F3=SUM(A3:C3)-E3
