Formula Of IF Time Less than 30 minutes Met Or Not Met

Hi Friends

Please need assistance with a Formula in Column E with Met or Not Met

I have In Column D with Duration Time Hours and I have formatted some time to display a negative sign as well which means earlier

So IF Column D (Time) is Less than 30 Minutes or With Negative Time to display In Column E, Met,
and IF Column D is Greater Than 30 Minutes and upward display In Column E, Not Met

I have placed Examples of all I need formulas for in Column E

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
try this:

Excel Formula:
=IF(OR(LEFT(E2,1)="-",E2<1/48),"Met","Not Met")

Note that your rows 3, & 6 seem wrong.
