Formula not working

I am trying for a formula that if cell i2 is 0, then add J1+h2 = 25,000
The formula I am using works ok if all cells have a value but does not work with a 0 in the cell i1
=IF(KI1>0,I4+H2,0)

Sorry mistake, I am trying for a formula that if cell i2 is 0, then add J1+h2 = 22,500
I am trying for a formula that if cell i2 is 0, then add J1+h2 = 25,000
