Good afternoon
This is my first time posting a questions. I am trying to tracking Monthly use of hours over a six month period. All ideas of layout are welcome. My current layout is very confusing.

Total hours for 1 month:60
Hours shared between two staff:60 hr/6mn = 10 hours per month

Per month:
Staff#1 - 8 hrs per month (25% of this time has to be Indirect work 75% has to be direct)
Staff#2- 2 hours month (25% of this time has to be Indirect work 75% has to be direct)

I need a formula to track the break down of the 25%/75% of the 8hrs/2hrs. I already have a formula in place to track the usage of hours until they hit the max of the 8hrs*6 months =SUM(D203*6-E203-F203-G203-H203-I203-J203)

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
It might help if we can see what you're working with. Could you post an example of the worksheet/book?
