I have an elaborate payroll budget sheet.
I need it to now calculate vacation & holiday liability
Starting with the holiday liability I need to to show was our 2018 liability by employee based on their start date, but I also need to not calculate days if they were terminated. Someone who is over a year would have all holidays paid in 2018. Someone has been her over a year but was terminated during that year would only be paid through their termination date, and someone who started mid year would only get the holidays paid for the remaining holidays. All this info need to be at 8 hours * their hourly wage.

So I have cell B3 Start date C3 termination date (for non-terminated employee the date is 12/31/2020)E3 hourly pay AK3 is where the holiday pay needs to be populated (if needed today's date is in cell b1)
Holiday dates are in
B58:B67

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
