I have the following formula im having a little trouble with.

=(C12&" "&D12&"x "&E12&" "&F12)

C12 is formatted as Fractional and D12 is formatted as Short Date. They are showing up as numbers in a decimal. Is there a way to have the format called out for each cell in the formula.

Something like:

=TEXT(C12,"# ?/?")&" "&TEXT(D12,"dd/mm/yyyy")&"x "&E12&" "&F12

Adjust formats to suit.

Thanks for the help. One more question. If there is no data in some of these cells how can I get those not to show up?

Try:

=IF(LEN(C12),TEXT(C12,"# ?/?")&" ","")&IF(LEN(D12),TEXT(D12,"dd/mm/yyyy")&"x ","")&E12&" "&F12
