Formula inside table =IF(C3="";"";COUNTA($C$3:C3)) NOt Updating as spected

Hi and thanks in advance!!

	B	C	Formula in Col B
	1	1	=IF(C3="";"";COUNTA($C$3:C3))
	2	123	=IF(C4="";"";COUNTA($C$3:C4))

This table is just as eg.
If I put a value in C5 or If I use the Tab Key from D4, This table does no update the formula in Column B as spected.

How Can I solve this ?

Looks like I have to double click in B3's formula down everytime

=IF([@C]="","",COUNTA(INDEX([C],1):[@C]))
