formula help

Hi All again OK in cell AA4 I have, =COUNTIF(T4:Z4,"*c")/AE4 ,how can I alter this to show 0 rather than #DIV/0! If AE4 has nothing in it ?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

=IF(AE4="",0,COUNTIF(T4:Z4,"*c")/AE4)

No that still gives the #DIV/0!

=IF(OR(AE4="",AE4=0),0,COUNTIF(T4:Z4,"*c")/AE4)

Actually it can still show empty cell if required it does not have to show a 0 ?
