dear sir,
I want that A2-(B2:D2) - E2-(F2:H2) than answer in I2.
An example of pics with yellow highlighted in second image is my answer which I manually typed which I want.
so , which formula should I put in I2 ?

as all minus , should not be an issue in order - BUT i have added brackets just for clarity

To get the results in column I it would need to be:

=(A2-sum(B2:D2)) + (E2-(sumF2:H2))

@Jagat Pavasia As I see it, given your examples, it is the data in row 5 that defies the above suggestions.

I think the below covers your examples but only you know if that will cover all eventualities?
If not then for one of us to be able to offer a fuller solution I would suggest that you try and better explain your required logic.
