I have a sheet for recording student marks on an exam paper, I then want to link to a tracker to see what knowledge they need further support with. So on sheet 2 I have a list of statements and each statement links to 1 or more of the questions. Is there a formula that I can use to highlight the cell green if they get a specific question correct on sheet 1? I have used a "1" for correct and a "0" for wrong?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Hi

If I have understood the requirement correctly, in sheet1, 1's should be highlighted with a particular colour (say green)

For that, you may use conditional formatting

Home- conditional formatting- highlight cells rules

Please do let know in case this would suffice, happy to share more details if required
