hi experts,

please can someone guide me with a formula to extract only percentage from the database and put it in the relevant field. I have attached the screenshot, so all I want is percentage from 39, 40 & 41 (highlighted blue) into the columns below.

Excel Facts

I'm unsure of what you want in the numerator and denominators for the percentage calculation.
But, here it is based on my assumption:

I'm looking to copy the percentage in blue to the below under week numbers for example 39 should go below under 39 section and so on.

you just want 39% in cells F5:F10? You don't want it multiplied by anything? Are the values in blue in your image your expected results? What is the formula you have there now?
