Hello, I am new to the board and I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out a logical formula for what I want to do. I have to send out a letter to a person after they have had something happen 3 times in a rolling 12 months. The way I have been marking the cells is with an x if they meet the criteria for that month. Is there a formula that I can use so that after 3 months it will respond with a yes or no. I will try to post an image as an example if needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tratanu, Good afternoon.

You can use an IF + COUNTIF to do this question.

But if you want you can use a Conditional Format to point you the desired records.

I did an little example for you using both.

Take a look at it and tell us if it worked for you.

I hope it helps.
