I only want to average the values that would be left in Column M, if you removed all except the ones where the sign of the value in L changes from that current row to the next.

How do you insert a screenshot image? When you click on the "insert image" icon, it just says "url". What about a "browse" button that would allow us to browse for a file or image locally? I'd like to learn how to do that.
