Hi,
i have an excel file (attached). It has a list of names and then periods (1-10). Each name has listed 2 activities they'd like to participate in. I'd like each person to get their first choice 60% of the 10 periods and second choice 40%. I also need to make sure that each period and activity does not have more than 2 names at the same time. Each person needs to have 1 period of the 10, to be for "general purposes".
Can someone help?
