Can anyone help with what is wrong in my formula?

=SUM(P3:S3)-SUM(L3:O3)/SUML3:O3

You are missing the brackets for the last SUM function.

This should do the same thing though:
=SUM(P3:S3)-1

unless you mean to do this:
=(SUM(P3:S3)-SUM(L3:O3))/SUM(L3:O3)
