Hi
I'm hoping for some help to work this out
=IF(AP14>=AQ14,IF(AP14<=AR14,"On time","Late"))
This does not work as the highlighted ones are on time but the formula shows as late?
All I need to calculate is that Row AP is between Rows AQ & AR

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
i saw that in then highlighted row, AP greater than AR so formula is correct, if AP actually lower than AR then data in AR is on the day after, then you should enter date time data and format it as "hh:mm:ss"

AP & AQ is just N split because i thought that was throwing the formula out if i move it to

=IF(N14>=AQ14,IF(N14<=AR14,"On time","Late"))

And even if i format the row i still get the same result although this time it shows everything as late

the problem is data in your AR column, i don't know its date but if it not be "late" then data in your AR column should be the day after the day in N column, because you format data in AR column as "hh:mm:ss" so i can't see its date, but the formula turn it to "late" that means your AR is same date as N or earlier, and you shouldn't split date time data, just format it as "dd/mm/yyyy" or "hh:mm:ss" if you want

Does this work for you?

=IF(MEDIAN(N14,AO14+AQ14,AO14+AR14)=N14,"On Time","Late")
