formula grant calculation for student

hi, i need help please to calculate grant based on children age and find out the effective date for each grant.
baby John DOB Oct 14, 2022 and join the daycare on Aug 1, 2023. so i need to calculate the effective grant starting Aug 1, 2023.
here is the breakdown grant
infant : under 19 month will get grant 635$
toddler : 19 month to 3 years old will get grant 510$
preschool : up to 3 years will get 450

so what formula is the best to use to calculate the grant?
