Hello,

I made a drop down list at R5 : R17 with Yes & No

I wanted G11 to automatically color Green when everything is on Yes and color red when everything is on No.

But now when everything in the R column is blank and not filled in it still gives a positive green color. How do i make it so it colors red when its blank aswell?

Thanks for your time.

Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF(R5:R17, "Yes") = 13
Hey Alphafrog,

Now as you can see it says TRUE/FALSE depending on the drop down list.

Do you know how i make this a YES(=TRUE)/NO(=FALSE)

Thanks.
