Formula for upcoming expiation Dates

Hello,

I am looking to see if someone could help me with a formula!

What I am trying to do, is have a cell turn red when an expiration date is within 2 months, and have cell turn green if it is out the of the 4 month period from today's date.

This:
have a cell turn red when an expiration date is within 2 months
contradicts what you say within the text box on your image, where you say turn red if within 4 months?!
Based on within 4 months, see if this does what you want:
