Formula for unused production capacity

I need to create a cell formula for unused production capacity, but I can't seem to figure out one that works. In all cases, the formula will be derived from actual production qty and based on % utilization of the production line. For example, if production one day was 100 units and the line utilization was 50%, then unused capacity would be 100 units since the line ran half of the time, so the multiplier to determine unused capacity for a 50% utilization rate would be 1. A different product line also produced 100 units, but line utilization was 90% (for example the line may run slower producing different product), then the unused capacity for that line would be something close to 10 or 11 units since the line ran most of the time. On a third line, the output was 100 units, but line utilization was only 10%, so the unused capacity would be close to 900-1000 units for that production line. I need a cell formula which will work for all utilization rates from 1% to 100%. Any ideas for a formula which would calculate the unused capacity in all cases?

Thanks!

Very true, we all see things from a different perspective. Plus, I have seen where someone asks an OP all sorts of info-gathering questions, but another member may know exactly what is wanted :)
