Formula for Time Difference

I'm just to find a formula that calculates either a positive OR negative difference returned in minute formate.

Start Time	Logged Start Time	Difference	e.g
8:00:00 AM	8:20:00 AM		-20
8:00:00 AM	7:45:00 AM		15

Try like this

Select File > Options > Advance > Activate "1904 date System"

the result will not be an error
