Formula for the 3Column, base on Different Values for Column B if Column A is same

Hi and Thanks in advance

I have 3 column:
Country Total Check
in Country I may have 20/800 Different values
Total = Total

and in Check I would like to know for the Same Country If I have more than 1 different value

So if Spain has Total = 30 i every single Row I do not have to Check anything the table goes OK
but if France has 3 different Totals, say 45, 60 and 0 the Column Check need a "YES!"

Any help ?

This may work:

=IF(COUNTIFS($A:$A;A1,$B:$B,B1)>1,"YES!","OK")
