Excel Facts

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

What are the criteria to determine if it's met or not?

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
What are the criteria to determine if it's met or not?

Here's the criteria :

If a ticket with the 2 hour priority comes @ 9am it should be processed and closed within 2 hours of receiving it. If the ticket is closed post 2 hours, example @ 11:30 am then Its SLA not met.

The same for 4 hour, if a Ticket with the 4 hour priority comes @ 9am it should be processed and closed within 4 hours. If the ticket is closed post 4 hours of receiving it. Its SLA not met.

Do you mean if the time in col H is less than the hours in col I it's met?

Yes,

So on row 5, in Col H the time in 2 hours 22 mins and the Priority was 2 hours - so this should be SLA not met.

But in the formula I used its considering it as SLA met

here's the formula used in Col K

=IFS(AND(I2="4",H2<="3.99"),"SLA MET",AND(I2="4",H2>"4.00"),"SLA Missed",AND(I2="2",H2<="1.99"),"SLA MET",AND(I2="2",H2>"2.00"),"SLA Missed",AND(I2="24",H2<="24"),"SLA MET")

Try
Excel Formula:
=IF(I2/24>=H2,"SLA met","SLA missed")

Thanks buddy its resolved now.

But just a question can the same formula be used in a Google Spreadsheet? Or would it be different?
