Formula for second weekday of the month

Hi,

Seen plenty of posts for formula for second Monday of the month or second Tuesday of the month. I want a formula for the second weekday in a month (weekday being a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday or Friday)

If A1 = 2 Sept 2017 And B1 hold the formula =Day(a1) then B1 returns 2.
Enough, or do you need more?

=WORKDAY(DATE(year,month,1)-1,2)

Just a comment: You could save having to subtract 1 to move back to the previous month with

=WORKDAY(DATE(year,month,0),2)
