Hello,
I am recreating a calculator/table in Excel. There are 6 categories 2, 3, or 4 elements in each category. You choose the element in each category and it is assigned a score (both negative and positive). There is a total score and then a range. If I do a standard SUM then it will be incorrect. The highest score is 14 and the lowest is 0. If done correctly the risk score for this patient should be 4. Below is my spreadsheet and the link is the actual calculator that you can use, from the internet. What formula are the using to calculate the score?
