Hi there,

I have been working on a spreadsheet for multiple days now trying to deal with one formula in particular which i can't fathom out. I shall try to explain;

I want to calculate;

IF "X" number appears on any line in column E (Sheet 4) and also appears in column I (Sheet 3), then the values in column F (Sheet 3) need to be subtracted from the value in column F (Sheet 4), with the result placed in column G (Sheet 4).

The way i have worded this may not be easy to understand but I am by no means any sort of excel wizard and the sheet I am using is a template that I am tweaking.
