Down Column H on Sheet 1 I have hours. This is the column I want to sum by.

I have three criteria's I am trying to match. Where Column U on Sheet 1 Matches A1, Where Column Y and Matches B1 Where Column Z matches C1 (My formula is in Sheet 2 D1)

I tried SumIfs but am getting errors. Should this be an Index with Match?

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Please post the SUMIFS formula you attempted, and we can see if it just needs a few minor tweaks.

I found my error. I forgot a "," :(

I did the same thing each time I retyped the formula. One of those days!

Thanks
