sorry for poor title!

If i have Names in column A, then a Rating (1, 2 or 3) in column B....Lets say JOHN DOE is listed in column A, 8 times. I want to find out if all his ratings are the same in column B. Column C just needs to indicate that not all JOHN DOE's ratings match. Hopefully that makes sense.

JOHN DOE 3
JOHN DOE 3
JOHN DOE 1
JOHN DOE 3
JOHN DOE 3
JOHN DOE 2
JOHN DOE 3
JOHN DOE 3

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Please insert formula like this in range c1 and drag to cells below:

=IF(COUNTIF(A:A,A1)=COUNTIFS(A:A,A1,B:B,B1),"Match","No Match")

Thank you for the quick reply...unfortunately...ALL fields are returning MATCH...even though there are some SINGLE names in column A.
