I need a formula that will give me the minimum date after today, and it needs to ignore blank cells.

Employee reviews are conducted after the employee is employed.

In ROW 3, lets day the employee starts today, and will be away in training for the month of June.

How do I skip the blanks spaces before May, and skip June to always get the minimum date.

I only used two rows, but this is for hundreds of employees.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi,

Wouldn't we need to know the "Hire Date/Month" and the "Training Date/Month" in order to know which months to skip?
Where would that information be in the Table?

Jtakw, thank you for your reply. I got it figured out and it's working correctly. The hire date isn't a factor, because it all based on the initial discussion, which I did forgot to include in the example.

Others might be interested in the solution you implemented. So, care to share it?
