Hi,

Newby here and hoping a guru might be able to assist with this question please. I've created a utilisation spreadsheet for a services business and I'm trying to work out a formula that calculates an indivudal employees available YTD Working Hours that takes into account their start date / last working day (where applicable) / current date / excludes weekends & public holidays (if possible) / standard 40 hour working week (Mon - Fri).

Any thoughts and suggestions much appreciated!

Thanks in advance!!

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
