MS Excel 2007. In a large data base of addresses, Column G contains area name and Column J contains 6 digit zipcode. Column G and J are formatted to contain input in "Text".
Example : G569: TNagar and J569: 600017. (Zipcode for TNagar is 600017).

My requirement: This area name viz., TNagar occurs in Column G in more than 100 entries, like G569, G572, G613, G654 and so on. I request you to kindly advise me a formula that will automatically enter 600017 in J569, J572, J613, J654 and so on. Thank you.
