Hi all,

I have several columns and in each column I have to add several cells (with a 5 row interval):

Example:
Column A1 ='21 SUP'!A15+'21 SUP'!A20+'21 SUP'!A25+'21 SUP'!A30+'21 SUP'!A35 etc
Column B1 ='21 SUP'!B15+'21 SUP'!B20+'21 SUP'!B25+'21 SUP'!B30+'21 SUP'!B35 etc

-> Instead of adding all the cells manually (adding for example +'21 SUP'!A40 + +'21 SUP'!A50) can you please give me a formula I can use?
-> And if somehow this can be copied easily for column B1 even better.

Thanks everyone

Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Try the following?
Excel Formula:
=SUM(IF(MOD(ROW('21 SUP'!A15:A100),5)=0,'21 SUP'!A15:A100,0))

Solution
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Thanks a lot :) This worked. Changed the comma to semicolon since I'm using version 365.

Saved me a lot of time :). I can now finish my work day haha!!
